.zip file exported is bad

I spent a couple hours tweaking my theme just the way I want it, but when i go to export i get a .zip file that extracts another zip, that extracts another, and another and it just keeps going.

Any advice as to what i can do to get these files? This is the best generator ive found, Id hate to have to settle for something less.

I have the .xml file saved if that helps…
