WP Paintbrush Not displaying theme while logged in as Administrator

Hello and Good Morning.

I have downloaded and installed WP Paintbtrush to my Multi Site.
I have network enabled the Theme

My Problem is as follows

When I am logged in as the Administrator of of the Site, and go to the front page to edit the design all I get is a blank page. Help

I have created a second account on the the site and set it as an Editor and when I am logged in as that user, I can see content on the front page but no option to edit the lay out
