    Hi Ryan,

I told you i would be back. Here’s my site again… http://www.jlnproducts.com/blog The menu is going great! I’m really happy with it except i want to know how to make the drop down menu wider. I would like it to automatically detect the length of the blog post title and snap to that (or the longest one). I hope that makes sense, if you could tell me what i need to do to the css to achieve this that would be great.

If not maybe some coding that will allow the drop down to only display 5 posts? i know that is not the right way to go about it so clearly the first option would be much better.

Thanks Ryan for all your help in the past and i look forward to your reply on this one <img decoding=” title=”Smiley” />

    Thank you, Luke Etheridge

    That’s not possible sorry.

The best you can do is to specify a fixed width on your recent posts post and match it to the width of the dropdown.

There is an option in the PixoPoint menu plugin to change the number of posts displayed.

Darn. Sorry, my bad. I forgot that only my latest alpha version of the PixoPoint  menu plugin supports changing the number of recent posts. The Multi-level Navigation plugin should still support it though so you could downgrade.

To set a fixed with on a menu item, you need to specify a width for that list items ID in your CSS. You will need to know a little about CSS to do that.
