Why are all the support questions moved to areas that are inaccessible?

Is this your way of making people pay for support?  I can’t get any info about your WP menu plugin that’s useful here.  Every posting is moved.  Might be easier to just find another plugin and leave you some bad ratings on wordpress.  Ridiculous that so many forum posts are moved and inaccessible.

Hi,
I wasn’t aware that the forum posts were inaccessible until now. Something is set incorrectly in the forum so I’ll need to look into that.

We don’t provide free support for menus any longer sorry. People keep posting in the wrong forum, so I keep moving them into the correct one. I wasn’t aware that they couldn’t see their postings though! That is a rather large error and I’m surprised I didn’t hear about until today as it has been going on for quite  a few months now.

I have been very confused as to why so many people kept posting in the wrong forum topic. Now I know why, because they couldn’t see the menus forum to know that we’re not providing free support those plugins anymore.

I’ve fixed the forum now.

I’m having another problem too, as I’ve heard reports that people are finding some information page about the plugin which mentions that we provide free support here, yet I haven’t provided any free support in quite a while now. I’d like to get rid of the link from wherever it may be, but I’m just not sure where people are finding it ” title=”Sad” />

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

The menu plugins people are looking up are very old and don’t serve any purpose these days so I’m not interested in supporting them anymore.
