Trying multiple things to get this working, so thought this should be a new thread as it’s a slightly different issue.
When trying to use the plugin with my own theme I find it doesn’t load the links to all the javascript files. I can get it to work fine locally if I manually add the links to my pages, but obviously I’m missing something as when I try it with Thematic it automatically puts those links in (as did the older Multi-Level Navigation plugin on my own theme). Again, as with my previous question, it’s just the jQuery effects that are not working.
I’d be the first to admit I’m no expert on making WP themes, but wondering if there’s a simple answer/checklist as to what you need to have in your theme for the plugin to work correctly?
Can’t link to this problem live, as the live site is still loaded up with Thematic for my previous question, but if it’s of any help, here’s the generated source of my page:

Are you perhaps using a plugin which unhooks jQuery?
There must be something missing from my theme, as it doesn’t automatically add the links to the the javascript files. I had to manually add this to the bottom of my page:

Currently my functions.php file only contains this, from the above tutorial:

I’ve managed to get it working by adding the links manually, but I’d really like to know what I might be missing in my theme that made it not work properly. The page is online now with my theme activated:
http://cammeraytennis.asn.au/wordpress/I have no other plugins installed on the live site other than the standard Akismet and Hello Dolly that come with WP, and they are both deactivated, so I don’t think it can be a plugin conflict.
