Very basic question

First of all, thank you for taking the time to create such a fantastic tool for everyone to use.  I am very new to blogging and HTML code (very new).  I downloaded the plug in and installed it in my blog (http://www.pharma-emrm-evangelist.com) and the drop down menus appear grey and will not let me link to those specific pages.

I know its something very simple that I am overlooking and I apologize for bothering you with a simple question but its driving me nuts!  How do I get the menus to go "live"?Do you plan to post instructions in the near future?  I appreciate your patience, understanding and help.
