    Hi there,

I’ve installed and activated the Multi-Level Navigation plug-in, and I’m able to make it work and appear everywhere except where I want it.  I’d like a vertical fly-out navigation in the right hand side bar.  To achieve this I placed the bit of code in a text widget in the sidebar, since it says it’ll accept and fire off php, but nothing happens.
I thought something else could be wrong with the activation so I placed the code in the header.php and it worked fine, but that’s not where I want it.  Originally I was using the PixPoint menu plugin but I deactivated it because I couldn’t force the menu vertical.
No matter what browser I’m in; IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc, I just don’t see anything in the sidebar.  Besides pasting the code into the text widget, does it also have to by in a theme file?  I searched for a file that controlled the side bar, but no dice.

Can you help a girl out?

    Much thanks!

The built-in text widget in WordPress does not support PHP. Otto wrote a widget can do it though … http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/php-code-widget/

The PixoPoint Menu plugin is just as capable of displaying a vertical flyout menu as the Multi-level navigation plugin. There’s no advantage in using the Multi-level Navigation plugin for this.
