This may be more of a WordPress question (I’m not sure) but what I want to do is have my main categories appearing as the top level menu items, with their child [sub-categories] appearing under as their submenus when you mouse over.

Is this possible?

Hi Dar,
This is possible via the plugins settings page in your WordPress admin panel. Just choose the ‘Categories’ option for one menu item and ‘none’ for the rest.
