    Two problems.

    1- It brings a gray background behind the buttons and I cannot find where that is in the code. I just want to remove or change the color. Seems easy enough but I cannot figure it out.

    2- The drop down menus hide behind my content in the left and right side bars.

    Please help.

    For styling the dropdown menu, try the new beta plugin as that should be a lot easier for you to control the design with.

    Try removing position:relative from 1_sidebar in your CSS to fix the dropdown hiding behind the sidebar problem. If that doesn’t work, then post back and I’ll take another look.
