i mean create a file to create exclusively the html file
i think now, this is done automatically, so you cant be sure what is working bad

if im wrong, please tell me what button i need to press to start the process to create the html file

The plugin creates HTML files automatically. That’s what it’s purpose is.

so..if the file isnt created there is no way to know why it isnt…

i offer you my hosting account to try what is avoiding this plugin to create the html file…it seems that lot of users have same issue like me

I haven’t been able to replicate the problem so can’t fix it sorry. The plugin works flawlessly whenever I use it myself.
