Thanks for a great plugin! We’ve successfully gotten this to work at http://www.chilluminati.org
Just a few more tweaks here and there and it’ll be 100%.
Keep up the great work

I’ve had so many people report that it’s not working (despite it working fine every time I try it) I was starting to question my own sanity!
December 29, 2010 at 3:26 am #9136The ChilluminatiMemberone question i do have…
Now that it is up and running, how can I completely disable the refresh? I have tried using the page refresh option, but that doesn’t seem to work.
What I am after is a way to integrate my correct forum titles in the title bar. I have set the refresh to a billion seconds to refresh, and through that I have put in a generic title into chunk1.html— i am using pretty URLs for SMF and would ideally like to use it’s call for titling.
what are your thoughts on this?
December 29, 2010 at 12:00 pm #9137imported_RyanMemberYou can just deactivate the plugin to achieve that effect. Once it’s deactivated the files will still be there, but the plugin won’t do anything, hence won’t update the files again.
January 31, 2011 at 5:32 pm #9138exitMemberThe plugin isn’t creating the chunk files, or even the folder in the uploads/
February 2, 2011 at 1:49 pm #9139imported_RyanMemberAre you using the latest version of the plugin?
That bug should have been fixed quite a long time ago.

Yes. U should try the plugin in more environments. Theres something wrong, in the same host, I’ve one site with the plugin working fine, and others that the chunk file or the folder in the uploads ins’t created. Also every time I save the plugin in wordpress admin, it creates a new text field…
Is there anyway to create the chunk file manually?

"exit" wrote:Also every time I save the plugin in wordpress admin, it creates a new text field…Yep, that’s a known bug.
"exit" wrote:Is there anyway to create the chunk file manually?Perhaps try creating the file at the URL it’s trying to make it at, then rerun the plugin to see if it’ll then rewrite that existing file. Hopefully it’s able to rewrite an existing file even if it can’t create a new one.
February 10, 2011 at 5:00 pm #9142exitMemberCan’t get it to work…
Fresh instalation of the last wordpress version, nothing, no folder created…
February 11, 2011 at 3:21 am #9143imported_RyanMemberBizarre. There’s nothing I can do to help at this stage sorry. I can’t replicate your problem so can’t fix it ” title=”Sad” />
