Second menu only show active level 2 page and its children

Hi, first I must say that I really like this navigation plugin. I am new to wordpress and web coding but the plugin is very easy to use.

I have a special request that the second menu should only show the active level 2 page and its children. The second menu should be the same regardless if the level 2 page or any of its childpages is active.
Example:
Level 1: Sport
Level 2: Soccer, Hockey, Diving
Level 3: ManU, Liverpool, Inter, Roma (all football teams)

I would then like the second menu to show ‘Soccer’, ‘Manu’, ‘Liverpool’, ‘Inter’, ‘Roma’ if and only if the currently active page is Soccer, ManU, Liverpool, Inter or Roma.

Is my explanation understandable? Is it possible?
