Problems Centering Menu – Easy Fix?

This is hopefully an easy fix.  A friend has been working really hard to put our new site together and has been stumped trying to figure out how to center our menu.  This looks like it should be a really easy solution, but it’s giving us a lot of trouble.  Someone please help!  We’re shooting to have a website release on 20 Jul and hoped to have this fixed by then.  Thanks so much in advance for the person who throws us a line.
