Page order by ID instead of name?

That functionality has always been available for the plugin. You just need to use the ‘Pages order’ feature of WordPress itself.

And yes, the same method works on the second order menu items too.

Your second level menu items seem to be working fine. Is this possibly a browser specific issue?

It does seem that my menu subchoices not showing up on the first choice is browser specific. It works on PC IE, but not on any of my mac browsers. Any advice on making it more universal? There is a large Mac audience for this site. Thanks!

I have no idea what could cause that. When I tested your site in Chrome on Windows it worked fine. There is almost no difference between the way Mac’s render pages and how Windows renders them so I’m surprised you are having that problem.
