One menu item stopped work

Hi, I have a Pixo Point Menu working fine about one year, and now one of the four items that must be showed, stopped to drop down.  I have not changed anything, and dont understand what happens.  The only thing that I tried was to deactive and reactivate the pluggin, but nothing was repaired.  What can i do? Delete and reinstall it?

I found it!
I have the plugin My Category Order, and I was set the Pixo Point Order check Box, selecting the option My Category Order.
Well, it was deactivated by accident, then that menu item stopped to work. I active My Category Order and the item shown normal drop down.
Perhaps this will be usefull for someone.
