Multi Level Nav Conflict with Role Scoper on WPMU

We are using Role Scoper on our main blog and it is working well. But when we activate the plugin on sub blogs, our navigation bar dissapears. We are using the Multi Level Navigation plugin.

Has anyone had a similar issue or knows how to fix this?

That sounds weird. I’m investigating now.

My best guess is that the other plugin uses the Superfish jQuery plugin too.

This definitely isn’t a JS related issue like I thought it was. I’m drawing a complete blank on what the cause may be sorry. Very weird.
