Menus not displaying correct pages

I had a problem with Pixopoint loading pages that were in trash (known bug?) after emptying trash that problem went away. My next problem is that whilst PixoPoint shows all the pages in the settings, and allows me to re-order etc, when I actually load the page there pages do not appear. It appears to be cached to an older version.

I have 5 pages according to wordpress > pages, and 5 pages appear in the Settings > PixoPoint Menu area. But when displaying the menu, only 4 appear. I have not told PixoPoint to exclude any pages.

Any ideas what the problem might be? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin (via deleting it from FTP & re-uploading)
