Menu pushed off to the right; won’t stay open to click submenu

I’ve encountered two menu issues:

• It is pushed off to the far right in IE 6 & 7 and I can’t find anything to push it back into place;
• It’s also [I’ve also heard in IE 6 & 7] not letting anyone click on the submenu under Professional Experience.

I’m guessing <div id="nav"> is adding CSS which is affecting it. Try removing that tag and it’s corresponding </div> tag to hopefully solve the problem.
