Menu disappears during browser load in Firefox 3.5.8..not IE

Hello,

When loading or reloading the page in Firefox the menu disappears.  During the load the unstyled menu show ups vertically (as opposed to horizontally) on the left hand side of the page.  Everything works fine once the page is finished loading, but for a split second you see the nav bar out of position and unstyled.  I want the nav bar to remain hidden during load.  Works fine in IE.  Firefox 3.5.8 is the problem.

Any ideas?
