MemberThe menu I made on the css generator is working great, except for one thing. Some parts of the slide-out menu will not change when I manually edit the css. I’ve gone through the code line by line and I must be skipping something – either that or the menu is somehow inheriting properties from the theme, but as far as I can tell my manual edits should overwrite the inherited values. And before anyone says it, yes, I did word searches for everything I’m looking for.
Thanks!

MemberI don’t see the blue border you mentioned. Are you sure your browser is not displaying a cached version of the page, and that’s why changes are not appearing? That happens to me a lot and I have to hit refresh quite often when checking changes. If you check View Source, that should tell you if you’re looking at the most recent version. Good luck!

MemberIt’s not, I thought of that too. I’m using the wp-cache plugin so i can set the cache expiration. When I’m testing the site, I just set it to 2 seconds so I always get the most recent version of everything. But just in case, I cleared my history/cache and checked it, and I’m still getting the same result on FF, IE8, and Safari.
As to the blue border, it’s there but just hard to see. When the slide out menu appears, you can see the yellow line at the very top; about one or so pixels above is the blue border. You might have to squint extra hard to see it, but it’s definitely there.
Thanks

MemberOkay, I see the thin blue border now. Let’s hope Ryan gets back from wherever he is so he can address your question, and mine too…

MemberYour sidebar is probably applying styling on top of the menus CSS. Try removing that and hopefully your problem will be fixed.
