The only thing I’d point out is that it’s the "legacy" (but IMO very nice) blue suckerfish design, with minor tweaks for fonts used and reduced letter spacing in the top-level items. I also have the CSS ported into the main stylesheet, to survive upgrades. Works like a charm. And PixoPoint Menu makes it all happen. See me smile!

Edited to add: another thing I changed was add another div wrapper surrounding the menu, setting the z index of it to an astronomically high number so as to avoid ever "dropping behind" other elements, i.e. placed with JS or something (flash is a bit different though, those need a separate setting inside the flash embed code).
