There is a presumably a problem with your other plugin not enqueing jQuery correctly.

There’s some information here about how to turn off all of the jQuery features of our plugins here:

    Hi

Thanks for your response. No other plugin issues and I have tried turning off all JQuery with no effect.

Strange thin is that it works fine in IE6,7 and 8 in my IE Tester but in the actual IE8 browser its not working. Please can you have a look at http://www.girl-thursday.com and tell me if the drop down menu on services is working or not.

    Thanks

No, you haven’t deactivated the jQuery features. They’re still running.

I deactivated the Jquery features opened IE8 went to the site and "ctrl+F5" and nothing had changed. so I re activated the features.

If nothing changed after you changed the settings then either you did something wrong or there is a problem with your copy of the plugin.

If you changed the settings correctly then it is impossible for that error to occur since that script would not be loaded.
