Can someone take a look at this problem in IE8?

When you mouse over a top level menu item, the flyout appears then when you try to select a flyout menu item..by the time your mouse pointer is off of the text of the top level item, the flyout disappears. Any pointers?
The site works great in Chrome and FF. I have not tried with other versions of IE either.
There’s probably some sort of CSS glitch triggered by the sidebar container.
