I’m trying to make the plugin work, but I can’t, I don’t know what’s wrong in the steps I’m doing. It is already activated.

I’m not entirely sure why, but for some reason your site doesn’t appear to be running the code inside slimbox2_autoload.js.php, even though the file appears to have loaded fine….
I copied and ran the code in the firebug console, and it ran without any problems whatsoever…
I’m gonna guess one of the other scripts is undoing something…but I’m not sure yet…
Oh, for testing purposes, would you mind briefly disabling every other plugin you’ve got on the site to see if it works with them off? If it does work, slowly switch them on one at a time and test until it stops, and let me know which one did it…
If it’s not a plugin, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
