How to have dropdown for categories

Hi,

I am very new to WordPress and to this plugin too. I’ve been trying everything to make this plugin to work but seems no use.

Okay, so I want to have two child categories like so

I want to make Map and Phone are child categories of Location.

But when I set up the plugin it results like this

How can I do if I move mouse over Location it will show its child categories?
