how do you add a simple link on a menu?

I just want the word ‘Love’ on the menu so when you click on it, it can go to a specific URL.

You can do that via the custom code option. Simply enter the following code into the custom code box, then choose it as one of your ‘menu items’ in the settings page.

Custom Code 1:
