Half of picture in banner/header disappeared.

Hi,
I’ve taken over editing our site and and cannot reach the old admin. When I uploaded a new event calendar plugin, half the static banner picture disappeared.

I can’t locate the place where this photo is stored to even see what the code is. Did I destroy this?
