    After I installed the Multi-level Navigation plugin I activated and went to my webpage to have a look and saw an extra menu item "Bio" which was actually menu item 3.
    The website is http://www.jlorenzo.com.au
    I’ve made no other changes to any files, I installed the plugin as per instruction of copying the plugin directory after an unzip to the existing plugin. It was copied over the existing folder.

    What do you mean by "extra menu item"? Do you mean that isn’t a WordPress page?
