When I turn on the multi-level nav plugin, it inserts category menu (<li class="cat-item…">Uncategorized</li>) items all over my loop. So I’ve got them before the DOC tag, before the content loop starts, before the sidebar loop starts, everywhere.

They’re evil and breaking my layout in IE6 and 7 so badly the site doesn’t show up.

    Here’s the url: http://knowledgelink.com/wp

Don’t look with Explorer or you’ll see nothing but the colored background.

I’m using the Carrington-JAM theme framework if that affects things in any way. I tried deleting some of the code at the start of the Carrington loops, but that had no effect.

Is this a bug or a feature?

I don’t think it is a bug and definitely not a feature of any of our plugins. It sounds like a glitch somewhere else in your WP install, either in your theme or your plugins.

Unfortunately, I had to uninstall the plugin — it was just easier to work around it. I’d already been through everything and couldn’t find the problem.

Sorry I didn’t see your answer the first time.

Thanks for getting back to me on this.
