Exclude Page functionality

I am developing a new version of our site using PixoPoint multi-level and am trying to prevent a page being displayed so I can make it the parent of all all pages that aren’t to be displayed in the menus. However my ‘NoDisplay’ page displays in the menu whether it has a ‘no parent’ page or a named page as its parent.

There exclude pages functionality in the PixoPoint Menu plugin which will be replacing the Multi-level navigation plugin shortly.
