Drop down only working on related pages

Not sure if my subject line made any sense but heres my problem.

On my main page, my drop down menus for each page do not work. The menu only drops down when I click a certain page and then go back to the menu hovering over the page that I just clicked and then the drop down menu appears for that pages sub-pages.

My wording is probably very off here…What I want to happen is for when I am on the main/index page, each page in the menu to drop down with its subpages for the user to click. Right now I can only click on the main pages that exist.

Sorry for the ridiculously long wait time before I have replied.

I’m not sure what could be causing that problem sorry. Hopefully you have managed to fix it in the LONG time it has been since you posted and I got around to replying.
