Thank you. The problem reverted to internal pages after I made a change. Right now I undid the change so you can check the problem. No sidebar in the homepage.
What I did was to erase an ‘/’ before the get_sidebar line in footer.php. Was: </div><?php get_sidebar(); ?></div>
1. In footer.php I found the get_sidebar line. Above it was a </div>. Below it, another </div>. I turned the first one to <div>. That correction made the sidebar appear in the homepage and dissapear in the inside pages.
2. I didn’t keep the change only so that you could check the problem.
Thank you much!
I am confused. If changing it from a closing to an opening tag fixed the problem, then what are you asking me to help you with? It sounds like you already fixed your problem, but decided to unfix it.
I am sorry. It fixed the problem for the homepage, but it created the same problem for all the other pages in the site. They have no sidebars. Obviously the problem was not solved, thus I beg for your help.
Solved. This was not related to this plugin. I had a widget pointing to a post that no longer exists. I removed it and now I’m fine. Thank you for your attention!
I’ve installed the plugin and have succeeded in in displaying the top bar of the menu but I can’t get any dropdowns to occur. There is probably some very simple explanation but I can’t see it. Any help is appreciated.
