Custom Code for new sized window…

I want to make a menu  option that opens a non wordpress web page on top of the current wordpress web page. It should be centered and occupy 80% of the space that the wordpress page does. I wonder if this is possible.

I use wordpress for an organization but want to be able to drop another page on top of it, centered and smalled – – that other page is a schedule of classes.

I wonder if that is possible somehow (java????)

The answer was definitely not java though, javascript was (which is entirely different from java).
