Certain areas of menu are overwritten by flickr banner?

Let me just say that I’m not a programmer, at all, so maybe the solution here is very obvious. I have a blog where I use a rotating flickr banner in the header and something about the  combo of the flickr banner and the multi-level nav plugin aren’t compatible. The area below the banner, on the nav menu, doesn’t work at all. If some one can take a look at the source and tell me if there’s anything obvious that I’m doing wrong, I’d be very grateful! http://steppingonlegos.com/%5B/url:2fooe3qv%5D
