Active State on Drop Down Menu

    So I have been working in WordPress. I found this plugin for the drop down navigation.

    It all works fine. However, I cannot get the active state on the navigation to change colors. It is a green right now.

    Does anyone have any idea how to change the color for the active state?

    You do not seem to be using the CSS or HTML from the plugin. You are using your themes CSS and generated HTML instead.
