Yes you can create that type of menu with any of our menu plugins.

If you give us the exact specs for what you want it to look like (providing a picture of it is the best way to do this) and we’ll give you the CSS for it.

We can create almost any type of menu you want, although some extremely complicated designs may require you to use the custom HTML option. A basic dropline menu is fairly straightforward though so wouldn’t require plugins’ custom HTML option to work.
