    Is there any way to do this?

    Category 1 (parent)
    – Category 1.1
    – Category 1.2

    Category 2 (parent)
    – Category 2.1
    – Category 2.2

    Custom Field #1

    Pages

    Links

    So i need to group, different categories under different parent names.

    By "Custom Field" I assume you mean the custom code boxes in the plugin rather than WordPress custom fields.

    In which case you just need to chose the following menu items:
    1. Categories
    2. Custom code 1
    3. Pages (single dropdown)
    4. Links
