    Hi,
    Is it possible to display all categories in the menu even though they have no posts.  So if a category is clicked that has no posts nothing happens.

    Never mind – found the answer.  Click "show empty categories".

    Yep, that was a feature requested by one of our premium support members a while back so we added support for that into the plugin.
