Added support for WordPress MU

Hi, just added support for WordPress MU to the multilevel dropdown plugin.  Was going to email over but that’s not listed.

I’m also working on a new plugin which will include all of those features including WP Mu support and so those wanting to use the plugin in an Mu environment can either wait until the plugin is available or you can use the beta in the mean time. It’s looking like that latest version won’t ever make it out of beta since the new plugin can do all of the stuff that it can do plus a whole bunch more.

EDIT: It will be possible to upgrade from the current plugin to the new plugin being developed. The old plugin will be maintained, but new features are unlikely to be added.
