    Is there any way to make parent items with rounded corners?

    Yes. But it requires a lot of custom CSS to achieve. You can get a ’rounded corner’ effect on your top level menu items by using the buttonized option in the premium CSS generator.

    You could add rounded corners to the edges of the whole menu by changing the background image used.
