nav installation

I installed the PHP snippet in the bottom of header.php. For some reason the horizontal nav bar is abut 20 pixels below my header. What am I doing wrong?

It looks fine to me. Perhaps this is a browser specific problem? If so, which browsers are you having trouble with.
