Simple CMS page order field not visible as a editor

Hello, super plugin just what my friends needed.
When I click on the page order bar logged in as a editor the field for page order does not show, if I click on the page order bar I can only see a 2 mm part of the page order field.
Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I forgot to reply to you.

It sounds like you have found a bug. I’ll look into it tonight and if it is indeed a problem, I’ll sort a bug fix and post a new version – hopefully tonight.

This bug has now been fixed.

I’ve also corrected a problem with the media uploader reported a few hours ago by one of our premium members and I found that the folder name was incorrect on the version linked to in our blog. The new download should be available within 20 mins or so … download[/url:3sti7u4v]

If anyone else finds any bugs, please report them and I’ll put them on the ‘things to do list’.
