    Is this plugin supported on WordPress 2.5.1 ? It seems to work but I got some errors editing the list of links.

    Yes it should work fine with WordPress 2.5.1. Very little has changed between WordPress 2.3 and 2.5.1 apart from behind the scenes stuff which shouldn’t affect how the plugin works.
