Fade in not working on drop down.

Hello,

I am working on a site right now and the fade in isn’t working on the drop down. I have modified the code somewhat, so I tried it with the original code to determine whether it was the code or something else. Even the default code that came with the software isn’t working for me.

I suspect there is a misguided link somewhere, but can’t find it!
