Multi-level Navigation WP 3.1 issue?

I just updated one of my blogs at http://www.patrickschildren.org[/url:26lxvvro%5D to WP 3.1 and my multi-level navigation stopped working. It was very clean and was just one row of drop downs and is now showing all of the pages on the site.

What did I do and how can I fix it?
