Hi,
The menu is working fine on desktop/laptop, but I’m having problems on the Ipad touch screen. When I press the parent category, it goes right to the parent link at the same time it’s opening the dropdown menu not allowing me to make a choice. I see everyone else is not having this problem. Is their some setting for double click versus single click that I’m missing? Here is the link and thanks for the help!
I’m wondering if maybe the delay time you have on the menu loading is causing this. I don’t have an iPad at hand to test on right now, but that is currently my best guess as to what would cause this.
My reasoning, is that if there is a long delay, then you would need to hold your finger on the menu for too long and perhaps the iPad doesn’t detect that as hovering perhaps – this is just a guess, so I might be wrong.
