    There are no dropdowns because you haven’t created any.

    You need to child links for dropdowns to appear.

    I have pages titled "Terms of Service" and "Computer Repair" with the Parent page "Services" for each.

    Also, "Create a New Ticket" has the parent of "Support.

    I have the same problem as DanCandy? Is it because I use WordPress 3.0?

    checkout your wp_list_pages parameters in header.php maybe it is set up not to show sub pages

    Hi,
    Sorry for the ridiculously long wait time before I have replied.

    These problems are either not related to the PixoPoint Menu plugin. They may be because you haven’t created any dropdowns. They are not related to any upgrades of WordPress. Beyond that I can’t really tell much sorry.
