"No Categories" ??

Hi, I’m using PixoPoint Menu plugin with Headway Theme on WordPress 2.9.2
My url: http://ecofriendlybasics.com

I haven’t added any custom CSS, etc.

Just "out of the box" all my pages are showing up correctly in the menu bar. But instead of showing my Categories, "No Categories" is showing in my menu. I do have categories set up in the WP admin panel. I tried specifying the category IDs to "include" and that didn’t work either (I used the ID numbers, not the category names).

Any suggestions?

Perhaps post a screenshot of your admin page here. I can’t see any problems at all from here.

You definitely have categories setup at least:

I was referring to the plugins admin page. I can tell you have categories setup from the front-end of your site.

Removal all those category ID’s and see how it works then.

Failing that, try changing the order to anything but "My Category Order".

Failing that, disable all of your plugins and see if that helps.

If none of the above help, then let me know and I’ll think about it some more and see if I can come up with any other theories as to what might be causing this.

Thanks Ryan. Deselecting "My Category Order Plugin" worked. The categories are showing now. So…the menu plugin doesn’t work with the My Category Order plugin? Or am I missing something else?

The My Category Order plugin should work. Either that plugin has changed something in how it operates, or you have something setup in a way which is triggering it not to work (in which case I’d like to figure out what that is so I can fix it).

I have no idea if this will help, but perhaps try upgrading to our latest beta of the plugin to see if that helps. I’ve made a lot of changed in it and it’s possible I fixed that bug and have simply forgotten about it:

Did this problem perhaps occur after updating the My Category Order plugin?

Thanks for your help. I’m very happy with how the plugin looks now. I sorted the categories by name, which took care of the order. I may play with the beta later, for now I have a lot more work to do with the site before launch day, and I don’t wanna risk messing up the menu since I like it as-is.

I installed the My Category Order plugin specifically to use with the pixopoint menu. The version I have is the most current one (1.0.3) – it’s the only version of the plugin I’ve had.
