Help Adding Second Navi Bar in Arras Theme

Hey group-

I asked this question over at the Arras support page but had no luck!  Thought I would try here.

Arras theme in WP says to use this product for better multi-navi support.  I have a great bar set up, but want to be able to add a lower navi bar for my pages, and keep my top one for my categories.

Anytime i put the code given to add the second bar, it posts it in odd places on the page OR places itself over the current bar.

Any help with figuring out where to put it?
