rollover images for menu

Is it possible to use a rollover background image for the multi-navigation menu? I want the current page menu item (as well as mouseovers) to have a "tab" image with rounded corners displayed. I’m not a programmer….not sure if I am explaining it right. Is this easy to do? I have tried a few different things but they don’t work. Attached is the image I want to use for the rollover background. Thanks!

Yes, that is possible. It requires customising the CSS so isn’t related to the plugin itself per se.
